I have been invested in the community since moving here in 1978. I worked at Enloe Hospital for seven years before entering the floor covering industry, where I have owned and managed a successful floor covering business since 1985.
My experience spans both commercial and residential flooring, including extensive work with hospitals, medical offices, and new construction projects. I am knowledgeable and efficient in all commercial and residential flooring applications, and I also have experience in many related trades, including countertops, tile, and more.
What truly sets me apart is that I genuinely care about the results of what I consult on, sell, and install. Building long-term relationships and earning trust within the community has been the foundation of my reputation.
In 2010, I sold my business to Mann Bros. and stayed on as a Managing Associate, focusing on what I love most—sales and project management. We have a great team, and I truly enjoy what I do.
Today, I am proud to work with Enloe Hospital, Butte College, the City of Chico, and many builder and contractor partners throughout the region. I promise every customer that I will always do my best to do the right thing, every time.
Installation Manager
Kevin Riley brings over four decades of hands-on experience to the flooring industry. After serving in the U.S. Air Force straight out of high school, Kevin transitioned directly into flooring in 1982, beginning his career as an installer. His deep knowledge of the trade comes from years spent working in the field, learning every detail from the ground up. Kevin went on to open and operate his own store, Kevin Riley Carpets, before leading flooring installation departments for seven Home Depot locations for 16 years.
In 2013, he joined the team at Roseville Carpet One, where he has continued to grow with the company. After several years of installation work, Kevin moved into sales and service advising and now serves on the board, helping guide company operations and strategy. Kevin is known for his honest advice, technical expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction. He can help with any flooring need or repair, including carpet, epoxy floors, vinyl, hardwood, tile, LVP, and more.
Commercial Flooring Specialist
Michael Dreher began his flooring career in 1996 as an independent contractor, specializing in the installation of carpet, tile, and hard surface flooring. Through years of hands-on field experience, he developed a deep understanding of flooring systems, jobsite coordination, and the realities of installation from the ground up.
After building a strong foundation in the trade, Michael spent two decades working in both field and leadership roles in the Chico community, further refining his technical expertise and project management skills. In 2010, he transitioned into commercial sales with Carpet One Chico, where his installation background made for a natural move into estimating and jobsite management.
Michael is known for his ability to identify potential issues before they arise and for setting clear, realistic expectations with customers by walking them through the process from start to finish. His proactive approach helps projects stay on schedule and on budget—often uncovering opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs without sacrificing quality.
With more than three decades in the industry, Michael’s professionalism and problem-solving skills have earned the trust of builders and designers on complex commercial projects. He has built strong partnerships with high-end construction firms including Slater & Son, Modern, BCM, Repair Pro, and others. His commitment to quality, communication, and results continues to make him a valued partner on large-scale commercial builds.
